Recording and AI Processing Information: To enable recording, AI recognition, and translation features, we require your authorization for corresponding permissions and collect the following information:

  1. Microphone Permission: Used to capture audio signals, providing raw material for AI speech recognition and real-time translation. Audio data is collected only temporarily when you initiate recording and is not accessed in the background when recording is inactive.
  2. Storage Permission: Used to save recording files and AI translation results to your device storage. We do not batch-scan or store other files on your device.
  3. Network Permission: Enables AI translation's online functionality and software security updates. Disabling this will prevent network-dependent features, but basic recording functionality remains operational.

2. Feedback and Support Information: When submitting issues via email, you may voluntarily provide details such as device model, system version, problem description, and relevant screenshots. This information is solely used to address your request and is not linked to other data.

Automatically Collected Non-Identifiable Information

During your use of this application, we automatically collect the following anonymized data for feature adaptation and troubleshooting. This data does not include sensitive personal information:

1. Basic Device Information: Device model, system version, and application version number, used to optimize functionality compatibility across different devices;

2. Feature usage logs: Frequency of feature usage and launch success/failure status, used to identify fault scenarios;

3. AI feature data: AI translation language selections and the number of times users manually corrected translations, used to iterate AI algorithms.

If you purchase paid services within this application, the payment process is completed by Apple Inc. through the in-app purchase interface:

  1. We only obtain anonymized transaction credentials (e.g., purchased items, subscription validity period, order status) via iOS system APIs to verify your paid entitlements;

  1. Device basic information and usage logs are anonymized to analyze high-frequency needs and troubleshoot issues;
  2. AI feature data is used to optimize algorithms and enhance functionality;
  3. Feedback and inquiry information is used to address your specific issues and summarize common problems to optimize services.

Information Storage and Security Protection

Storage Rules

Storage Locations:

  1. Local Data (AI translation results, device information): Stored locally on your iOS device without cross-border transmission;
  2. Anonymized data (usage logs, device information): Stored on servers within China for statistical analysis.

Storage Duration:

  1. Local Data: Retained until you uninstall this application or manually delete it via "Settings > Data Management > Clear All Data";

Security Protection Measures

  1. Local Data Encryption: Audio recordings and translation results stored on your device are encrypted using system keys to prevent unauthorized access by other applications;
  2. Permission Control: This app requests only necessary permissions and does not request irrelevant permissions. You may revoke permissions at any time via "Settings > Privacy & Security > Universal AI Voice Translate."
  3. Emergency Response: In the event of an information security incident, we will immediately activate our protocol to:

  6. If service suspension is required, we will provide 3 days' advance notice.

Your Security Precautions

  1. Download this app exclusively from the Apple App Store to avoid third-party cracked versions and prevent malicious programs from stealing local recordings;
  2. If your device is lost or your account shows abnormal activity, we recommend remotely locking the device via system settings to protect sensitive recordings;
  3. Regularly clear unused recordings via "Settings > Data Management > Clear All Data" to reduce privacy exposure risks.

We strictly limit information sharing and transfer. We do not proactively disclose your personal information to any third parties, except under the following legal or contractual circumstances:

Permission Withdrawal and Service Termination

  1. Permission Withdrawal: Access "Settings > Privacy & Security > Universal AI Voice Translate" to disable permissions such as microphone, storage, network, and notifications. Withdrawn permissions will disable corresponding features but will not affect previously stored information.
  2. Service Termination: Uninstalling this application will cease all information processing activities. Local data on your device will be deleted (back up important files beforehand).

Request Response Guidelines

  1. Before processing your request, we may require identity verification (e.g., device screenshots, email address used for feedback submission). Requests will be processed after verification is completed.
  2. Requests may be denied under the following circumstances:

Protection of Minors' Personal Information

This application does not target minors under the age of 14 and implements additional protective measures for minors' information:
