Recording and AI Processing Information: To realize the functions of recording, AI recognition and translation, you need to authorize the corresponding permissions and we will collect the following information:
Microphone Permission: Used to collect audio signals and provide original materials for AI speech recognition and real-time translation. It is only temporarily collected when you start the recording function, and no background audio data is obtained when not in recording status.
Storage Permission: Used to write recording files and AI translation results into the device storage space, without batch scanning or storing other files in the device.
Network Permission: Used to realize the online function of AI translation and software security update. If closed, online functions cannot be used, but the basic recording function can still work normally.
Camera Permission: Used to take images of texts to be translated (photo translation) and collect pictures for OCR recognition. It is only enabled when you actively use the photo translation function.
Feedback and Consultation Information: If you feed back problems via email, the information you may actively provide includes device model, system version, problem description and relevant screenshots. Such information is only used to handle your needs and is not associated with other data.
During your use of this App, we will automatically collect the following anonymized data for function adaptation and troubleshooting, which does not contain personal sensitive information:
1.Basic Device Information: Device model, system version and App version number, used to optimize function compatibility of different devices.
2.Function Usage Logs: Usage frequency of various functions, startup success/failure status, used to locate fault scenarios.
3.AI Function Data: Language selection for AI translation, used to iterate AI algorithms.
The above information is anonymized and cannot be associated with your personal identity. It is only used for product optimization and not for commercial marketing.
If you purchase paid services of this App, the payment process will be completed by Apple Inc. through the in-app purchase interface:
We only obtain anonymized transaction vouchers (such as purchased items, subscription validity period and order status) through the iOS system API to confirm your paid rights and interests.
We do not collect your payment sensitive information (such as bank card number, payment password and verification code). Relevant information is stored and protected by Apple Inc. in accordance with its Apple Privacy Policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).

1.Recording and AI Services: Audio data collected by the microphone is used for AI speech recognition, real-time translation, simultaneous interpretation and local/cloud translation model processing. When using third-party translation models for recognition, relevant audio will be uploaded to third parties after your authorization, and the recognition or translation results will be returned after processing.
2.Data Storage and Management: Information collected through storage permission is used to save recording files and translation results for your convenient viewing or export at any time.
3.Online Function Support: Network status information collected through network permission is used to ensure AI translation lexicon update, real-time response of simultaneous interpretation and software security upgrade.
1.Basic device information and function usage logs are anonymized and used to analyze high-frequency demands and fix faults.
2.AI function data is used to optimize algorithms and improve function experience.
3.Feedback and consultation information is used to solve your problems in a targeted manner, and summarize common problems to optimize services.
According to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, it is not necessary to obtain your authorization consent for collecting personal information in the following circumstances:
1.Related to the performance of obligations stipulated by laws and regulations by the personal information controller.
2.Directly related to national security and national defense security.
3.Directly related to public security, public health and major public interests.
4.Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments.

Local Data (AI translation results, device information): Stored locally on your device, without cross-border transmission.
Anonymized Data (function usage logs, device information): Stored on domestic servers for statistical analysis.
Local Data: Retained until you uninstall this App or manually delete it through device settings.
1.Local Data Encryption: Recording files and translation results stored in the device are encrypted with system keys to prevent illegal reading by other Apps.
2.Permission Control: This App only requests necessary permissions and does not ask for irrelevant permissions. You can withdraw authorization at any time through "Settings - Privacy & Security - AI Voice Translate".
3.Emergency Response: In the event of an information security incident, we will immediately activate the following plan:
Block the leakage channel.
Inform you of the incident and disposal measures through in-App prompts and emails.
If service suspension is required, we will notify you 3 days in advance.
1.Please download this App through the Apple App Store, avoid using third-party cracked versions to prevent malicious programs from stealing local recordings.
2.If your device is lost or your account is abnormal, it is recommended to remotely lock the device through the system to protect sensitive recording content.
3.Regularly clean up useless recordings through "Settings - Data Management - Clear All Data" to reduce the risk of privacy leakage.
4.Before using photo translation or uploading audio/images to this App for processing, please try to avoid taking or uploading content containing others' privacy, ID card numbers, bank card numbers and other sensitive information.
We strictly restrict the sharing and transfer of information and will not actively disclose your personal information to any third party, except in the following statutory or agreed circumstances:
1.Third-Party Technical Support: To realize specific functions, we only share necessary information with authorized partners and sign confidentiality agreements to restrict their scope of use. For details of information collected by third-party SDKs, please refer to the SDK List in the appendix of this Policy.
2.Legal and Administrative Requirements: If it is necessary to provide information in accordance with laws and regulations, judicial subpoenas or government department requirements, we will only provide necessary data within the legal scope and require the recipient to keep the information confidential.
3.Protection of Legitimate Rights and Interests: In emergency situations to protect you, other users or public interests, desensitized information can be shared with relevant subjects, and only disclosed within the legal scope.
We will not transfer your personal information unless the following circumstances occur:

2.Involve asset changes such as enterprise merger, acquisition and bankruptcy liquidation. 1.Permission Withdrawal: Enter "Settings - Privacy & Security - AI Voice Translate" to turn off permissions such as microphone, storage, network and notifications. After withdrawal, the corresponding functions cannot be used, but the previously stored information will not be affected.
2.Service Termination: Uninstalling this App will stop all information processing activities, and local data in the device will be deleted (please back up important files in advance).
1. Before processing your request, we may require you to provide identity verification documents (such as device screenshots and the email used for feedback), and process it after verification.
2. Requests may be rejected in the following circumstances:
The request involves others' privacy.
The request violates laws and regulations.
Technically difficult to implement.
This App is not intended for minors under the age of 14, and additional protection measures are taken for minors' information:
1.Usage Requirements: Minors under the age of 14 are not allowed to use this App. If you are a person with limited capacity for civil conduct aged between 14 and 18, before using this App (especially paid functions), you must read this Policy accompanied by your legal guardian and obtain the guardian's consent.
2.Data Deletion: If we find that minors' information has been collected without the guardian's consent, we will delete the relevant data within 7 working days after verification. Guardians can contact us to assist in deleting minors' local files (need to provide guardian's identity certificate and parent-child relationship certificate).
We may revise this Policy according to changes in laws and regulations and function iterations:
1.Non-material Changes (such as optimizing expressions and updating the SDK List): Directly updated on the "Settings - Privacy Policy" page of this App. Your continued use shall be deemed as acceptance.
2.Material Changes: Actively prompt you through in-App pop-ups and emails.
